Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical inquiries from clients regarding cloud platforms and AI services, providing efficient and accurate solutions.

API & Model Debugging: Assist clients in integrating mainstream LLMs (Claude, Gemini, GPT) and guide them on parameter tuning and optimization (e.g., Temperature, Top-P, Max Tokens).

Code Scripting & Troubleshooting: Write Python automation scripts or API invocation samples based on client requirements; help troubleshoot Restful API request errors (e.g., status codes, authentication failures).

Multi-Cloud Assistance: Assist with basic configurations, identity and access management (IAM), or service invocations across AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

Requirements

Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with hands-on programming skills in Python.

Model & API Expertise: Familiar with the API interfaces and common parameters of mainstream LLMs (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT); solid understanding of Restful API design and invocation methods.

Cloud Platform Experience: Proficient in at least one of the major cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure (familiarity with all three is highly preferred); understanding of basic cloud architecture and security configurations.

Core Skills: Strong logical analysis and debugging capabilities, able to pinpoint technical bottlenecks efficiently.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset, patient with client inquiries; ability to adapt to a flexible, part-time schedule.

Bonus Points

Prior experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or post-sales consulting within the AI or SaaS industry.
