Job summary

Marlen, a Duravant family company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to act as frontline technical resource for customers across our food processing equipment portfolio in Riverside, MO. You will diagnose equipment issues, guide troubleshooting, and coordinate corrective actions with Engineering, Field Service, and Parts teams.

Ideal candidates have at least four years in manufacturing or industrial equipment support, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, ability to read schematics,

Qualifications

• At least four years in industrial/manufacturing equipment support or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics.
• Experience with automation machinery and food processing equipment preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and provide after-hours support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment issues and identify root causes.
• Guide troubleshooting and determine corrective actions.
• Coordinate field service, engineering, and parts resources to resolve issues.
• Document cases and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide feedback to engineering for product improvements.
