Axon is seeking a Technical Support Engineer located in Sterling, VA. You will provide 1st and 2nd level support for the Dedrone by Axon product family, using your troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues for customers. The role requires a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and technical knowledge.

The successful candidate should have a degree in computer science or relevant experience and be willing to work in a collaborative environment while upholding high standards for service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or 5+ years relevant work experience preferred.
• Previous practical work experience in customer support.
• Good knowledge about consumer UAV protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for the Dedrone by Axon Product Family.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Track internal and external requests to resolution.

Skills

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Very good knowledge in networks

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a team

Basic understanding of cloud computing

Education
