Primary Support Engineer, PeopleSoft FSCM

Join us at Support Revolution as a Primary Support Engineer, PeopleSoft FSCM. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our international Delivery Team and ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of PeopleSoft applications for our clients.

Role Overview:

As a Primary Support Engineer, PeopleSoft FSCM, you will troubleshoot, solve problems, and provide expert support to deliver prompt and effective solutions. This is a fully remote position within the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM across multiple releases and industries
  • Configure PeopleSoft-specific modules and functionalities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of varying experience levels
  • Analyze and resolve diverse issues based on data evaluation
  • Apply good judgment to deliver quality client support
  • Own customer issues, ensuring resolution within SLAs, balancing speed and quality
  • Work as part of a team to resolve cases efficiently
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM
  • Extensive technical and/or functional knowledge of PeopleSoft
  • Understanding of localizations, architecture, implementation, and key functionalities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proactive, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
