SavvyMoney is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to own production issues reported by partner institutions. You will diagnose across integrations, work with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, and drive issues to resolution.
You will troubleshoot REST APIs, analyze logs and SQL data, and communicate status with partners while maintaining compliance for regulated financial data. The role offers a hybrid schedule in Dublin, CA and remote options.

Our corporate office is located in Dublin, CA, and we offer a hybrid work environment, allowing for a balance of weekly in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. We are also open to highly qualified candidates on the East Coast that would work 100% Remotely.
As a SavvyMoney Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the technical owner of partner-reported production issues - diagnosing problems across our integrations, driving them to resolution, and keeping partners informed along the way. You'll work directly with financial institution partners and closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
The annual base salary for this position is $105,000.00 to $115,000.00 based on experience and experience and location.
