Job summary

TheHostingDirectory is seeking a skilled web hosting professional with advanced cPanel/WHM administration experience. You will work with CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, and Imunify360 to diagnose and fix issues, support customers, and maintain high service levels.

Applicants should have 3+ years in hosting, strong English communication, SSH proficiency, and up-to-date cPanel certifications. The role offers 24 days PTO, paid courses, and rewards after 3-5 years with the company.

Job description

• Must have experience working in the web hosting industry (3+ years)

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills


• Intimate knowledge of cPanel, how it works, and how to fix errors with it


• Up-to-date cPanel University certifications (all of them)


• Excellent SSH and command-line skills


• Ability to interpret email and weblogs


• Knowledge of Mod_Security, PHP applications, Web Errors, Email Errors, CSF, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Nginx, Apache, Imunify360, MailChannels.


• Patience and perseverance to provide exceptional technical support to non-technical users via tickets.
