Job description

In this role, you will:

  • Install, support, and troubleshoot networked multifunctional devices, printers (MFPs), and scanners
  • Install, support, and troubleshoot related software and out-of-the-box solutions associated with MFPs
  • Assist with USB print/scan issues and troubleshooting
  • Support key operators with job applications and troubleshooting
  • Provide support for PC and Mac related to printing, scanning, and vendor software
  • Perform advanced network troubleshooting related to printing, scanning, and vendor software
  • Work directly with vendors to report, resolve, or acquire solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborate to create and maintain TSC knowledge base content
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining the TSC test environment/domain, including all supported equipment and software
  • Provide timely, efficient, and effective customer support
  • Maintain open communication and cooperation with team members and other departments
  • Ensure customer issues are tracked accurately and documented thoroughly

You should have:

  • An associate's degree in an IT-related field or two years of equivalent work experience supporting desktop computers in a corporate environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Strong understanding of networks and protocols
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including telephone etiquette
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Suite, and other business applications
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills

Qualifications:

  • CompTIA Network+ certification
  • Microsoft Certified Professional or Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist certifications
