Key Qualifications:
  1. Experience interpreting technical specifications, schematics, and part numbers.
  2. Proficiency in PLC programming and familiarity with ladder logic.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with non-native English speakers.
  4. A solid grasp of electrical, hydraulic, control, and pneumatic engineering principles.
  5. Extensive experience, preferably over 2 years, with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and Windows.
  6. Ability and willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5% - 10%) for on-site support and troubleshooting.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  8. Superior organizational skills with an aptitude for multitasking in high-pressure environments.
  9. Familiar with MS Office, SolidWorks, 3D CAD, and experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.
