PSG, a Dover company, is seeking a CS Technical Support Specialist to support Hydro Systems customers. You will handle order entry, status inquiries, and export documentation, acting as the liaison between customers and internal teams.

Strong technical aptitude and clear communication are essential for success. The role requires experience with Salesforce and Oracle, plus a solid understanding of shipping processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years customer-focused experience preferred.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Clear communication and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders with accurate ship-to, pricing and terms.
• Handle RMAs and credits and document disposition.
• Assist customers with order status, revisions, and cancellations.
• Provide technical product guidance and installation help.
• Manage Salesforce cases and ensure resolution before closure.
