Job summary

Dover Corporation’s PSG division in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Outside Sales and provide the highest level of customer service for PSG brands.

You will manage order processing, respond to inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery. This role requires an associate degree and 3+ years in customer service, with ERP/CRM proficiency and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Sales, Business or related field; 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Knowledge of geared products, electronics, hydraulics or related mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing from inquiry to shipment using CRM/ERP.
• Field customer inquiries and route to direct sales or distribution.
• Explain PSG terms and conditions and communicate status to customers.
• Collaborate cross-department to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Support Outside Sales Leaders and management.
