Qualifications

• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 16 weeks Jan 19–May 7.
• Co-op requires full-time commitment; no concurrent coursework during term.
• Pursuing CS, CE, AI or related field with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English and familiar with Windows/Linux.
• Basics of troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Drive resolution of client product issues by collaborating with global support and engineering teams.
• Analyze diagnostics, optimize product usage and recommend solutions.
• Create and update knowledge base articles to share insights.
• Educate clients on product usage and best practices.
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to improve IBM solutions.
• Participate in proactive support activities such as upgrade planning and product adoption.
• Learn how clients use IBM software across databases, directories, and enterprise technologies.
