Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Support Center Representative in Frisco, TX to diagnose ATM issues and deliver clear, concise communication to customers and internal teams. You will coordinate with technical staff, handle service tickets, and maintain records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1 year of call center experience, knowledge of Windows XP and MS Office, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training provided for product-specific systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year prior customer service/call center work experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows XP and MS Outlook/Excel.
• Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
• Must be able to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate clearly to diagnose ATM issues for resolution.
• Adapt language to customer needs and provide feedback for research.
• Serve as liaison between Technical Support and NCR Atleos teams.
• Process service tickets and maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow call tree to transfer calls to the appropriate department.
