As a local candidate with 1+ year experience, you will perform first/second line maintenance, installs, upgrades, and basic diagnostics onsite, with travel as needed and a focus on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Local candidate for the specific geographic area.
• 1+ years of related field service experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions including prolonged travel, rotating weekends, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first‑line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance for equipment and systems.
• Execute simple corrective actions such as system resets, configuration checks, and minor component replacements.
• Support installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities, including inspections and basic adjustments.
• Deliver, replace, and document spare or defective parts and ensure accurate part usage.
• Record time worked, tasks completed, and outcomes in service management tools.
• Follow documented service procedures and safety guidelines; escalate complex issues as needed.
