Whitefish Credit Union is seeking a Technical Support Analyst II to act as the primary IT Service Center contact, diagnosing hardware and software issues and escalating to Tier 3 when needed.

You will maintain user accounts, hardware inventory, and develop procedural documentation while supporting staff across branches. The role requires strong communication and adaptability to evolving technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant tech support experience.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 2019/365, Active Directory, and remote support tools; TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Current or willing to obtain CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, or equivalents within 12 months.
• Experience in a financial institution or highly regulated environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite or remote diagnostics and resolution of hardware/software problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and train Tier I technicians.
• Escalate to Tier 3 and track resolution while maintaining service levels.
• Set up, manage, and delete employee user accounts and maintain hardware inventory.
• Document operations and create troubleshooting guides for self-service and team reference.
