Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team. You will provide technical support to employees and customers on incidents, service requests, end-user equipment setups, and in-person support needs.

You will configure, test, and install hardware and software, manage asset lifecycles, coordinate with vendors, and help improve service desk processes. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in management of Information Systems.
2+ years of experience using and directly supporting end users in a network environment with business hardware, OS, and software.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees and customers on incidents, service requests, end‑user equipment setups, and in‑person support needs.
Configure, test, and install software and hardware; manage asset lifecycle including procurement, inventory refresh, and disposal.
Coordinate with vendors for purchasing, support, and issue resolution.
Lead or assist with training on new/updated software and hardware; improve service desk processes.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides; document requests and incidents for customer satisfaction.
Handle after‑hours incidents during on‑call rotations; participate in asset provisioning for onboarding.
Procure/deploy hardware for onboarding and cross‑boarding; test and refurbish returned equipment.
