Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in systems deployment, admin, or IT consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, client/server concepts, and Azure services.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure Automation, Runbooks, PowerShell, TCP/IP, HTTP.
• AZ900 and AZ104 certifications are a plus.
• Recent customer-facing experience required.

Role Description

This role provides technical support in Azure Monitoring and Automation Space to customers partners internal staff and others on critical issues experienced with technologies
A Support Engineer is responsible for providing quality support for Azure Monitoring and Automation with a high degree of customer happiness provide responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to customers

• Azure Monitoring and Automation includes the following technical areas
• Azure Automation
• Azure Log Analytics
• Azure Monitor Alerts and Essentials
• Azure Application Insight
• Qualifications and Experience
• 4 years of experience in systems deployment admin network operations software support Cloud or IT Consulting
• Required Skills Strong knowledge on Windows Linux OS Client Server knowledge understanding of Cloud services Azure Azure Active Directory Azure Automation Runbook Management PowerShell TCPIP and HTTP
• Preferred Strong Linux Windows OS Knowledge Linux Windows Update Patching Management Having certifications on AZ900 Azure Fundamentals and AZ104 Azure Administrator is a plus
