Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in systems deployment, admin, network operations, software support, Cloud or IT Consulting
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS, client/server concepts, and cloud services
• Experience with Azure Monitoring and Automation; Runbook management; PowerShell

Role Description

This role provides technical support in Azure Monitoring and Automation Space to customers partners internal staff and others on critical issues experienced with technologies

A Support Engineer is responsible for providing quality support for Azure Monitoring and Automation with a high degree of customer happiness provide responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to customers

Azure Monitoring and Automation includes the following technical areas

• Azure Monitor Alerts and Essentials

Qualifications and Experience

• 4 years of experience in systems deployment admin network operations software support Cloud or IT Consulting
• Required Skills Strong knowledge on Windows Linux OS Client Server knowledge understanding of Cloud services Azure Azure Active Directory Azure Automation Runbook Management PowerShell TCPIP and HTTP
• Having certifications on AZ900 Azure Fundamentals and AZ104 Azure Administrator is a plus
• System Administration Configuration of Windows and Linux Operating systems
