As the Technical Supervisor, Quality Management you will be responsible to lead a team in delivering superior quality management program reviews. You will oversee team operations and will be responsible to provide technical leadership and quality expertise.
How you will create impact :
- Coaching and developing your team, recruiting and selecting talent, recognizing achievements, and managing performance, to develop an agile team and achieve department objectives.
- Providing technical leadership for quality management, including discipline technical expertise, calibration training, quality interpretations and managing performance metrics.
- Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and stakeholders to enhance quality management programs and proactively implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing quality management expertise and input on claims procedures, processes and projects, and delivering insights, feedback and results to leaders, coaches and management teams.
- Collaborating with your quality management peers and managers to develop and deliver the national claims quality management program objectives, goals, and strategies.

To join our team :
- You have seven years of claims experience in the insurance industry, including experience as a people leader.
- You have a post-secondary diploma in a related discipline.
- You have the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
- You are working towards the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation or related accreditation.
- You have working knowledge of claims processing systems, quality management software, insurance policies and claims handling processes.
What you need to know :
- Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
- As a leader, strict confidentiality is required with respect to sensitive matters and employees' personal information.
- You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
