Job summary

ClinDCast is seeking a Technical Specialist with expertise in networking and Audio-Visual (AV) systems to design, implement, and support integrated solutions across enterprise environments in the Florida region.

You will install and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, deploy AV systems for video conferencing, and collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure secure and reliable operations. Strong troubleshooting and knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless tech are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in networking and AV systems support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Experience with AV tools such as Zoom Rooms and Teams Rooms.

Responsibilities

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Specialist with expertise in networking and Audio-Visual (AV) systems to design, implement, and support integrated solutions across enterprise environments.

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi)
• Deploy and support AV systems including video conferencing, displays, and control systems
• Troubleshoot network and AV issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for system integration and upgrades
• Monitor system performance, security, and reliability
• Provide technical documentation and end-user support

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in networking and AV systems support
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless technologies
• Experience with AV tools (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron/Extron)
• Hands‑on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Familiarity with network security and monitoring tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CCNA, AVIXA CTS, or equivalent
• Experience in enterprise or large-scale environments
• Knowledge of structured cabling and system integration
