Job summary

Williams is seeking a Technical Specialist III to ensure system integrity and safety across pipeline operations. You will participate in project planning, work with engineering documents, and support data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in field ops or technical specialties, strong PLC/HMI/SCADA experience, and the ability to work after hours and travel between Williams locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years in oil & gas or technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 7+ years progressive field ops experience.
• Strong understanding of PLC/HMI/SCADA hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately sophisticated technical assignments to ensure system integrity and safety.
• Support project planning, data evaluation, and compliance across sites.
• Provide Tier 2 training, troubleshooting, and programming for PLC/HMI/SCADA systems.
