Radiant Systems is looking for a highly skilled Technical Specialist (Expert level) to join our team in Raleigh, NC! This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, cloud-hosted POS solutions and statewide system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Integrate payment processing, inventory management, and customer-facing tools into a unified cloud platform
• Support implementation of cloud-hosted POS solutions
• Configure systems, set up environments, and perform integration testing
• Collaborate with vendors on technical requirements, defects, and deliverables
• Validate data flows, payment processing, and synchronization processes
• Document configurations, technical decisions, and updates
• Assist with rollout activities, testing cycles, and issue resolution

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Strong knowledge of application development and architecture
• Experience with secure data synchronization and performance optimization
• Expertise in scalable system design and large, complex implementations
