True Anomaly, Inc. is hiring a Technical Sourcer to build and nurture engineering pipelines and partner with leaders to attract top talent. The role blends hardware and software hiring at a high-growth company focused on space security.

You will source, evaluate, and engage engineers and program managers, shaping processes and candidate experiences in a hybrid setting near Denver or Long Beach. 6-month temp-to-hire, on-site/hybrid collaboration.

In this role, you will partner with deeply technical leaders, hire exceptional engineering talent, and influence processes that scale. This role partners closely with our talent acquisition team toidentify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who canleveragenew approachesto bring thevery bestengineers to True Anomaly.

This is a 6-monthtemp-to-hire opportunity located in our Long Beach, CA or Denver, CO offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
• Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
• Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity

QUALIFICATIONS

• 0-2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience
• Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems i.e. Greenhouse)
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
• Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
• Working knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Technical Program Managers, Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and other common engineering skillsets

COMPENSATION

• BaseHourly: $33/hr-$40/hr

Your actual level and base salary will bedeterminedon a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills,educationand experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work Location—Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Long Beach. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site.
• Work environment—the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
• Physical demands—the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.
