As a Software Engineer on the Digital Engineering team, you will help build, operate, and maintain the in-house software behind our digital thread — applications and services that keep product data connected across the product lifecycle and, over time, become the systems of record our teams work in every day. You'll ship real features across the stack from day one and work alongside senior and staff engineers who will invest in your growth.
You will learn the product-data domain — how requirements, design, PLM, ERP, manufacturing, and quality data connect — while contributing directly to delivery and operations. This is a high-growth role in a fast-paced environment where your work has immediate, visible impact.
This is an ideal role for an engineer early in their career or a few years in who is eager to learn, takes ownership, and wants to grow quickly alongside experienced engineers building something foundational. We're hiring at levels I through III; your level will be set based on your experience and interviews.
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.
