Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with sourcing of technical talent preferred (PhD/science/research talent highly preferred)
• Track record of contributing to recruiting processes and content

Responsibilities

• Directly source a pipeline of technical talent across searches, with focus on Research roles
• Partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies
• Own candidate experience and ensure a positive journey for all candidates
• Maintain high-performance recruiting processes delivering quality of hire
