Job summary

Voleon is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Quantitative Research to lead full-cycle recruiting for world-class AI/ML researchers and data scientists. You will partner with Research leadership to build out investment research teams and manage the candidate experience end-to-end, from sourcing to offer, ensuring high-quality hires in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of talent acquisition experience sourcing and recruiting investment research talent.
• Experience recruiting PhD-level AI/ML researchers and data scientists preferred.
• Strong client management with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven track record of mentorship and process improvement.
• Comfort working with diverse, highly talented teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Research and Data Science leadership to support hiring and growth.
• Meet hiring goals in a sustainable, diligent manner.
• Source a pipeline of PhD-level quantitative research talent.
• Manage offers and develop closing strategies.
• Own candidate experience from sourcing to close or decline.
• Maintain high-performance recruiting processes delivering quality of hire.
• Develop market knowledge and insights on talent markets and practices.
• Lead projects to improve recruiting efforts overall.
