Job summary

Voleon is seeking a Technical Sourcer to build a pipeline of research and data science talent in the United States. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies and maintain an efficient, high-quality recruiting process.

The role requires 4-5+ years in talent acquisition, a track record of team contributions, and authorization to work in the United States in a fast-paced, high-standards environment with a strong referral program.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in talent acquisition with strong sourcing experience.
• Experience identifying and engaging highly technical candidates.
• Proven ability to contribute to team processes and content.
• Willingness to work with diverse, highly talented teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly source a rich pipeline of technical talent across research and data science.
• Collaborate with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers on sourcing strategies.
• Institutionalize talent strategies and outreach content to improve effectiveness.
• Own sourcing processes, launches, and market evaluations.
• Own the candidate experience and ensure a positive journey.
• Maintain a high-performance recruiting process focused on quality of hire.
