Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale is seeking a Technical Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting for autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software roles. We are growing rapidly and value proactive, research-driven sourcing.

We expect a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of technical sourcing at a software company, plus agency experience; strong communication and organizational skills; experience in autonomous vehicles is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years in technical sourcing at a software company.
Agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or related fields.
Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and manage high-quality pipelines for technical roles across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering.
Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand what 'great' looks like for each role.
Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a top-notch candidate experience for top industry talent.
Leverage data and market research to refine sourcing strategies as the industry evolves.
