Technical Sourcer (Fixed Term)

As a Technical Sourcer at Astranis, you will be a specialized, data-driven sourcer that excels in the research, identification, and engagement of high-quality talent. You will partner with our recruiting and hiring teams to drive candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and bring new ideas to overcome our hiring challenges. This role will be a fixed-term position until January 31, 2027 with the chance of conversion full-time. On a fixed-term employment you will receive full benefits and a base salary during your time working.
