Astranis is seeking a Technical Sourcer (Fixed Term) to lead scalable, data-driven sourcing efforts in a fast-growing environment. You will partner with recruiting and hiring teams to build pipelines for critical roles and optimize outreach strategies.

This fixed-term role runs until January 31, 2027, with the possibility of conversion to full-time. All benefits are included as part of the compensation package, and equity is offered.

Qualifications

• 2-6+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments.

Technical Sourcer (Fixed Term)

As a Technical Sourcer at Astranis, you will be a specialized, data-driven sourcer that excels in the research, identification, and engagement of high-quality talent. You will partner with our recruiting and hiring teams to drive candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and bring new ideas to overcome our hiring challenges.

This role will be a fixed-term position until January 31, 2027 with the chance of conversion full-time. On a fixed-term employment you will receive full benefits and a base salary during your time working.

Role

Base pay is just one component of Astranis’s total rewards package. Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.

$100,000 — $135,000 USD
