Manifest OS is seeking a contract Technical Sourcer to own top-of-funnel recruitment for our engineering and product roles in the United States. You will source, engage, and pipeline candidates across AI/ML, full-stack, backend, infrastructure, and data engineering.

This is a 3-month engagement with potential to extend based on business needs. You will work with minimal direction, ramp quickly, and maintain candidate records in Ashby while leveraging AI tooling to streamline workflows and align

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience.
• Experience sourcing technical talent across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Ability to ramp quickly and work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong organizational habits and a proactive approach to pipeline management.
• Familiarity with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• Experience using AI tools or automation to improve recruiting workflows.

It's a 3-month engagement with the potential to extend depending on business needs.
