Manifest OS is seeking a contract Technical Sourcer to own top-of-funnel recruiting for engineering and product roles in the United States. The ideal candidate will source, engage, and build pipelines across AI/ML, full-stack, backend, and data engineering, using AI tools to streamline workflows.

This is a 3-month engagement with potential extension based on business needs. You will work with a lean recruiting team, maintain records in Ashby, and align with role priorities to move candidates

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience.
• Experience sourcing technical talent across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Ability to ramp quickly and work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong organizational habits and a proactive approach to pipeline management.
• Familiarity with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• Experience using AI tools or automation to improve recruiting workflows.
• Comfort experimenting with new sourcing approaches and iterating quickly.
