Andrenam in Torrance is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join as the second member of our Talent team. You’ll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for hard-to-fill technical roles, partnering with the Talent Lead and hiring managers to stock every open req with qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and excited to build our sourcing function from the ground up in a hybrid office environment, collaborating across hardware, software, AI/ML, and deep-tech domains.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of tech-focused sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing for defense, aerospace, hardware, or robotics is preferred.
• Startup experience (Series B or earlier) with ability to build process from scratch.
• Proven track record delivering hard-to-fill tech roles.
• Fluent with diverse sourcing channels beyond job boards.
• Highly organized and self-directed in fast-moving environments.
• Motivated by mission and able to connect with candidates beyond perks.

About this role

Andrenam is growing fast, and we're looking for a Technical Sourcer to join as the second member of our Talent team. You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for some of our hardest-to-fill technical roles, partnering closely with the Talent Lead and hiring managers to keep every open req stocked with strong, qualified talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and loves the hunt for exceptional talent — someone who wants to help build our sourcing function and pipeline strategy from the ground up. This role is hybrid, based out of our Torrance office (expected 2-3 days per week in office).

In this role, you will:

• Own outbound sourcing for select hardware, software, AI/ML, and technical roles — building talent maps, target company lists, and search strategies from scratch
• Take on complex, cross-disciplinary searches where the right candidate doesn't always come from an obvious title or company, and build the approach that gets you there
• Run creative, high-signal outreach (boolean/x-ray search, events, referrals, niche communities) to reach passive candidates in narrow, hard-to-find talent pools
• Partner with the Talent Lead and hiring managers to sharpen target candidate profiles before and during a search
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and light qualification before handing warm pipeline to the recruiter/hiring manager
• Partner with the Talent Lead and team on employer brand — help build out messaging, campaigns, and other ways we show up externally, and translate that into sharper outbound and sourcing messaging
• Track and report on top-of-funnel metrics (response rates, pipeline volume, source effectiveness) to keep sourcing strategy sharp
• Maintain ATS hygiene for every candidate you touch
• Represent Andrenam with clarity and credibility in every first touchpoint with a candidate

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of sourcing experience with a tech focus (GTM or business sourcing exposure is a plus, not required)
• Direct experience sourcing for defense, aerospace, hardware, or robotics roles — or closely adjacent deep-tech
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup (Series B or earlier), comfortable building process from scratch with minimal recruiting infrastructure
• Strong track record generating pipeline for hard-to-fill or niche technical searches
• Fluent with sourcing tools and creative channels beyond job boards and inbound applicants
• Highly organized and self-directed; thrives in fast-moving, low-structure environments
• Motivated by mission and able to connect with candidates beyond just comp and perks

Salary Range

$115,000-$155,000 The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Andrenam's total compensation package.
