AndrenaM LLC in Torrance, CA, is hiring a Test Technician to support the build and testing of sensing systems. This role involves hands-on work from prototype assembly to on-water field operations.
We're looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage their own time effectively. The position offers competitive hourly pay, equity incentives, and flexible PTO.
We're building sonar and sensing systems that bring light to the last dark domain: the ocean. Our team includes alumni from SpaceX, Anduril, ABL, and Qualia. We build full-stack, from physics to perception to product, with speed, elegance, and an unwavering commitment to the mission.
We believe the maritime domain will define the next century of geopolitics and global security. We're here to shape it.
Andrenam is looking for a Test Technician to support the build, test, and deployment of our sensing systems. You'll work across the full lifecycle of our hardware, from prototype assembly and electrical integration to on-water field operations. The scope is broad, and how things get built, tested, and documented will be shaped in large part by you.
We're a small team and growing quickly. Many of our processes are still being established, so you'll have a direct hand in building how we do things rather than just following what already exists.
This is an hourly position with overtime opportunities during peak testing periods.
