What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of full‑cycle sourcing experience, with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral alignment.
• Strong tech and industry knowledge, enabling you to understand relevant skills and identify key companies within the sector.
• Outstanding consultative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working on Manager and Leadership‑level hires for technical requisitions.

Bonus points

• Experience recruiting or sourcing for systems or software positions.
• Background working for a recruiting agency or extensive in‑house sourcing experience.
