• Manage the entire recruiting process from initial intake to successful offer close, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and align on ideal talent profiles.
• Proactively identify and engage top‑tier, passive candidates through advanced sourcing strategies.
• Champion candidates throughout their journey, from resume screening and interviews to providing a world‑class experience.
• Facilitate crucial hiring debriefs and drive informed decisions with interviewers and company leadership.
• Independently identify and implement process improvements to optimize candidate experience and pipeline efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in highly competitive industries.
• 2+ years of dedicated experience hiring for corporate, operations, or product functions.
• Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other external tools.
• Strong background partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results within fast‑paced, ever‑changing work environments.
• Expert capability in assessing candidates for both technical competencies and behavioral fit.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
