Job summary

Apkudo is seeking a Technical Solutions Project Lead to own solution creation and scale our business. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across technical and business teams, translating customer needs into scalable product decisions and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• 8+ years progressive experience including 5+ years product/technical account management.
• Strong PM, organization, and documentation skills with ability to capture business flows.
• Experience with Agile and API-related design, development, integration, testing, and management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
• Experience with mobile/connected devices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle: scoping, planning, SOW, budgets, execution, status reporting.
• Provide hands-on technical support for configuration, data triage, and customization.
• Translate technical info to clear narratives for stakeholders and teams.
• Triaging issues and collaborating with product teams to improve the product.
• Define technical roadmap and delivery strategy with product and engineering.
• Document client workflows and align solutions with business objectives.
