Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Technical Product Lead to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal platform products and shared technology capabilities. You will partner with engineering, architecture, security, and operations to define outcomes, prioritize work, and deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective services.

You will establish success metrics and drive adoption through clear service definitions, lifecycle management, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to frame ambiguous platform problems and drive decisions.
• Deep knowledge of product management and platform/service delivery; may be viewed as a specialist within discipline
