Blue Shield of CA seeks a Technical Product Lead to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal platform products and shared technology capabilities. You will partner with engineering, architecture, security, and operations to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective services that scale for product teams.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to frame ambiguous platform problems and drive decisions.
• Deep knowledge of product management and platform/service delivery; may be viewed as a specialist within discipline.
