Job summary

Dragonfly is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge our in‑memory data store tech with large‑scale customer engineering teams. You will lead pre‑sales POCs, migrations, and answer complex questions while crafting technical content to educate future customers.

In this role you will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to refine messaging and enable successful deployments. You should bring hands‑on experience with cloud platforms and modern data infrastructure, and

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the big three cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in modern data infrastructure, with the ability to discuss database setups and their impact on application performance, reliability, and cost.
• Hands‑on experience with in‑memory data store technologies, and/or distributed systems.
• Proficiency in infrastructure management systems such as Docker and Terraform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for large customers during pre-sales and onboarding.
• Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and assist with data migrations to Dragonfly.
• Answer technical questions and collaborate with customer engineering teams to address concerns and provide solutions.
• Advocate for technical approval by demonstrating the value and reliability of Dragonfly in customer environments.
• Write high-quality technical guides, blog posts, and white papers to educate users.
• Develop and deliver webinars, conference talks, and workshops to promote Dragonfly.
• Produce content that highlights best practices for deploying, optimizing, and scaling with Dragonfly.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and inform feature development.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine technical messaging and go-to-market strategy.
