Job summary

Qelens is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge our engineering team and enterprise customers in the APAC region. You will help clients integrate our platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert guidance on securing their infrastructure.

As the technical point of contact, you will deliver demonstrations, develop integration guides, and advocate for product improvements based on customer feedback. Strong cloud/API skills and APAC-experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical support, sales engineering, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, APIs, and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in the APAC region.
