Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our remote US team. The role emphasizes enterprise IAM, SSO, and SaaS integrations, requiring Mandarin fluency and strong collaboration with sales and engineering.

Responsible for guiding migrations, shaping technical strategy, and translating customer needs into scalable solutions, while partnering with customers and partners to drive success.

Qualifications

• Combined experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer with client-facing experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Strong technical background with IAM, security, and integration expertise.
• Experience communicating with technical and business audiences.
• Experience deploying large partner integration projects.
• Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple customer migrations or projects; act as technical point of contact for key accounts.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities by understanding business goals and industry trends.
• Implement processes defined by leadership; resolve support tickets and customer issues promptly.
• Collect customer feedback to translate issues into product insights.
• Apply knowledge of products and technologies to build scalable solutions.
• Build relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.
• Influence decisions by presenting data-driven business topics.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new team members.

Title: Solutions Architect
Location: Remote US
Schedule: 6pm - 2am PST Monday-Friday
Duration: 12 months + Extensions
Compensation: $60-$80/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Must be Fluent in Mandarin
Solutions Architect with 5+ years' experience working with Enterprise Identity Management platforms, SSO alongside SaaS systems; experience with SAML/SCIM. General knowledge and experience working with Enterprise customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive multiple customer migrations or projects simultaneously; act as the technical point of contact for key accounts.
• Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing a deep understanding on business goals and industry trends
• Implement processes defined by leadership; ensure timely resolution of support tickets and customer issues.
• Collect customer feedback to translate customer issues into actionable product insights.
• Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale
• Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners
• Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics
• Participate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Combined experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer with client-facing experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and advise on enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and integration. Deep Identity and access management (IAM) expertise.
• Experience communicating with technical and business audience at prospects or clients
• Experience deploying large partner integration projects
• Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (Brand or Direct Response)
Technical understanding of Facebook advertising products (including Ads and Pages API, Identity Platform)
Experience working with API documents, calling API’s using scripts, and testing API’s
Experience with Swagger and Postman
