Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst to translate business needs into scalable technology. You will bridge functional requirements and technical implementations, leveraging enterprise systems, APIs, and extensions to deliver solutions that enhance operations.

This role focuses on Dynamics 365 and Manhattan solutions across multiple sites. You will collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and technology teams to design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements, while driving

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Supply Chain Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise business applications in a complex, multi-site environment.
  • Experience supporting supply chain, distribution, warehouse management, aftermarket, manufacturing, or related operational business functions.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Manhattan Associates solutions, or comparable ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Demonstrated experience designing and supporting integrations utilizing APIs, event‑driven architecture, web services, middleware platforms, and enterprise integration frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of application development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, testing methodologies, deployment processes, and production support.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders and Functional Analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Analyze enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, events, and extension frameworks to determine the best technical approach.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy application enhancements and custom solutions.
  • Support enterprise application improvements, customizations, and system integrations.
  • Assist with Distribution Center implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Manhattan solutions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in system modernization initiatives and efforts to reduce technical debt.
  • Perform regression testing and support remediation activities during system upgrades.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, development standards, and support procedures.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and evaluate solutions for scalability, performance, maintainability, and business alignment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues through root cause analysis.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
  • Support deployments, production releases, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
  • Continuously improve system capabilities, user experience, and operational efficiency while reducing manual work and waste.

Technical Solutions Anaylst

Our Technical Solutions Analyst will play a critical role in transforming business requirements into scalable technology solutions. This team serves as the bridge between functional business needs and technical implementation, leveraging deep knowledge of enterprise applications, system architecture, and extension frameworks to deliver innovative solutions that support operational excellence. Successful candidates possess a strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems, coupled with the technical expertise required to evaluate, develop, and deploy custom solutions. You will collaborate closely with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and technology teams to extend application capabilities, improve system performance, and accelerate Lippert's digital transformation journey.
