This role involves leading platform selection and designing integration solutions for enterprise systems within a growing organization. It offers the chance to work closely with leadership and technical teams to develop pragmatic and scalable architecture solutions.

Position Overview for the Technical Solution Architect:

• Lead solution architecture for key enterprise initiatives such as accounting, HR, learning, and operations systems.
• Drive platform evaluation, selection, requirements gathering, and vendor comparison.
• Design integration architectures that enable the core platform to interact seamlessly with other systems retained at member firms.
• Create architecture artifacts, including system diagrams, data flow models, and decision support materials.
• Collaborate with executives and functional leaders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Requirements for the Technical Solution Architect:

• Typically 7–15 years of experience across software engineering, system integration, and architecture roles.
• Demonstrated experience designing real system integrations, not just conceptual diagrams.
• Strong ability to communicate with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Background as a former developer or technical lead is strongly preferred.
