Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or UX engineering on complex software products.
  • Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and operational analytics.
  • Ability to understand and design around real workflows like case management and claims.
  • Strong collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical partners.

IDR is seeking a UI/UX Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee.This role involves designing engaging user experiences within a cutting-edge platform that combines product UX, analytics UX, and workflow management for a data-driven organization.

Position Overview for the UI/UX Engineer:

  • Design user experiences that balance dashboards and operational workflows for an evolving platform.

  • Partner with data/BI and engineering teams to support data modeling and decision-making processes.

Requirements for the UI/UX Engineer:
