You will create patterns for analytics, drilldowns, filtering, and role-based views while partnering with data/BI and engineering teams to support data-driven decision making. The role emphasizes mapping end-to-end workflows, identifying pain points, and delivering UX deliverables such as journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or UX engineering on complex software products.
• Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and operational analytics.
• Ability to understand and design around real workflows like case management and claims.
• Strong collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical partners.
