Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing real system integrations (not just diagrams).
• Strong ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Background as a former developer or technical lead is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable in a build-and-scale environment with evolving requirements and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for enterprise initiatives (e.g., accounting, HR, learning, operations).
• Drive platform evaluation, selection, requirements gathering, and vendor comparison.
• Design integration architectures for core platforms to interact with other systems.
• Create architecture artifacts (diagrams, data flows, decision materials).
• Collaborate with executives and functional leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
