Qualifications

• 4–8 years managing active delivery sprints with software, QA, and data engineers.
• 2–4 years hands-on daily sprint execution and backlog management in Jira.
• Proven track record writing unambiguous, condition-based acceptance criteria before build kickoff.
• Experience managing end-to-end rollouts and enterprise system cutovers.
• Strong communicator with appetite to leverage AI tools for streamlined documentation.

Responsibilities

• Enforce a strict definition of ready gate ensuring specs are testable, scoped, and dependency-free before dev work begins.
• Author functional requirements and testable acceptance criteria alongside business process stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end sprint cadences in Jira while tracking capacity lanes and roadmaps.
• Serve as the central intake gateway for all incoming work to eliminate interruptions for engineers.
• Measure delivery health via core KPIs: cycle time, escaped defects, release validation speed, and support churn.
• Orchestrate production cutovers, rollouts, and retrospectives across core business systems and enterprise platform integrations.

A scaling engineering group in Northeast Atlanta is hiring a Technical Software Delivery Manager to lead delivery for high-throughput, proprietary enterprise platforms. With most development centered on greenfield builds, you will partner directly with engineering pods and executive leadership to ensure predictable, defect-free releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce a strict "definition of ready" gate ensuring specs are testable, scoped, and dependency-free before dev work begins.
• Author functional requirements and testable acceptance criteria alongside business process stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end sprint cadences in Jira while tracking high-level capacity lanes and roadmaps.
