Sonoco is seeking a Technical Services Specialist/Representative to provide technical support for customer processes, troubleshoot issues, and lead can/end investigations directly at customer locations. You will be trained in 2-piece and 3-piece steel can and steel end manufacturing to deliver high-level manufacturing knowledge.
You will travel 50–75% to customer sites, serve as a packaging SME, and respond to technical/regulatory requests for certifications of cans and ends.

This position will be trained in 2-piece and 3-piece steel can and steel end manufacturing to provide a high level of manufacturing knowledge to the customer.
50-75% travel to customer or internal manufacturing locations
The annual base salary range for this role is from $104,800 to $117,900 plus annual target bonus of 7.5% of base salary. An annual incentive is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual incentive is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
