Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the Technical Services team at the Cortez operation. You will guide mine planning, geology, survey, geotechnical engineering, and ore control to develop and execute plans aligned with safety, production, and cost objectives.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement to maximize resource recovery and minimize dilution while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mining-related field.
• 8–10 years in mine planning/engineering/geology/technical services.
• 3–5 years supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Services team for mine planning, engineering, geology, survey, and geotechnical disciplines.
• Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term mine plans and production schedules.
• Coordinate activities with operations, maintenance, environmental, and safety departments.
