Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager for Technical Services at our Family Entertainment Center. You will ensure all technical equipment and systems operate smoothly to enhance guest experiences, working with managers and staff to keep a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include supervising arcade and Rides/gaming tech, infrastructure management, cleaning protocols, and staff coaching. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical management, preferably in entertainment or hospitality contexts.
• Familiarity with AV equipment, IT networks, and center systems.
• Ability to lead a technical team and manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of technical equipment (arcade, bowling, laser tag, etc.).
• Supervise facility infrastructure, power, lighting, sound, and networking.
• Develop cleaning protocols for technical gear and surfaces.
• Train and supervise Bowling/Games technicians; work with scheduling.
• Perform regular quality checks and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with General Manager and other departments on tech strategies.
