Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Technical Services Engineer II to support Integrated Solutions project delivery. You will provide technical authority in retro-commissioning activities and guide energy conservation strategies in the field, collaborating with project engineers and TS managers to ensure outcomes.

The role requires a high level of experience in MEP design and energy management, with leadership to mentor teammates, develop standards, and produce training materials for Technical Services staff

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.
• PE license is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer orientation.
• Leadership abilities with mentoring capacity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical authority in RCx and Cx processes.
• Lead site surveys to assess existing conditions and determine scope.
• Develop energy conservation strategies and ensure unified energy-management approach.
• Review RFPs and assist in design and project execution.
• Mentor TS staff and develop training materials.
